HEYTEA Rowland Heights

Project type

Tenant Improvement

Location

Rowland Heights

Ace Construction Group’s tenant improvement for HEYTEA in Rowland Heights brings the brand’s contemporary identity into a compact, welcoming tea shop. Textured gray surfaces, clean-lined counters, and illuminated signage create a cohesive setting for ordering, pickup, and everyday beverage service. The interior combines a visible preparation area with clearly marked service points and comfortable seating. Stainless-steel work surfaces support the active counter area, while white furniture, a cushioned wood-toned bench, and window-side daylight soften the customer experience. As part of ACE Construction Group’s HEYTEA portfolio, the Rowland Heights project balances coordinated finishes and brand presence with the practical needs of daily store operations.
